* Despite "CRS" being entitled to speedy process, the accused @ (IPAS processed alleged "breeches" of "house rules" in LESS than 24 hrs against the Plaintiff

* 250404 .... There is evidence of personal & general bias, prejudice & discrimination within & without the location of 2 Gateway which is associated to correspondence with the PResident & ministers office (received 27th march 2025)

* It is claimed, "DM" blocked, delayed or deleted correspondence sent to & from "CRS"

* 250304a "Further to our meeting in your boardroom, Declan & Kellie"

... "CRS"  “condition” was damaged by the accumulated stress & lack of sleep caused by the circumstances at room 343 (by occupants of room 340) & general inside & outside of 2 Gateway. I would not allow myself, late last night to be “interrogated” by biased security or Guarda agents, even so my status, location & identity was compromised, this further “incident” NOT of my making.. (even if  DM not interested) related TWO aspects ( of many) that came to mind...

* DISCRIMINATION Between 15th December and 31 December ; STOPPED/ FIVE (5) times Interrogated by "Gateway security staff"  (my "African Roomy") had NEVER been stopped, nor any other resident. There is no one in this system of comparative ethnicity, culture, intelligence & age, anyway. my CLASSIFIED identity was compromised by "Gateway security" & Guard, Obviously my stress/condition/health etc is the least of the establishment concern.

* From 21 November 2024... to 31 December 2024, IPO staff refused 108 files containing evidence of "Systematic Profiling" by the UK govt & their allies persecution since 1986. "you must transfer to PDF" despite knowing I do not have office facilities.

* Due to lack of sleep (constant (deliberate) waking by culprit in room 340, with knowledge and encouragement of DM, i took siestas whenever possibe, TWICE DM woke me (after saying I didnt need to speak to him) during a "siesta", the last time 17th April, to admonish me (with security guard Kellie) loudlky so that other residents could hear.  He repeated a "breech" publicly & loudly in the canteen after I denied wrong-doing after taking to me as if I was a child, in the "Amenities room".  

* 17th April received 4 hastily "IPAS" rubbish sheets from DM without details or response from my side

*An amount of money has "disappeared" and the "Safe box" I requested recently was "tampered with" (week ending 19th April?) as I cannot trust "security" or "Garda" there is no one to complain to, here in DIBLIN, EITHER, I may as well be in MONTENEGRO!

* 250401/2 Complained to DM ; there was no one from “the Ombudsman” in the amenities room, I supposed correctly that this was an Irish “fools day” joke.. i left at 11.21h IF they had been “serious” I would have asked them to investigate various aspects of prejudice etc, and  complaints, BUT  no justice via them either (same experience with Ombudsman ECHR & Uk "ombudsman" who protected the fraud against me. DM contradicting saying on 27th March "

* seems I am allowed to “fraternise” with staff when “it suits, the suits” ... but not when it suits, me...!

* wi-fi access blocked ...from time to time (I usually have to switch to VPM. clean the Laptop, or disconnect for hours, then re-boot... ) "I was "involved" in communications technology that could just about do anything to an individual targeted, THIRTY years ago, interference & viral damage could be sent to block, delete or even destroy completely communication of an individual email address. I have no reason to doubt that my former (classified) colleagues have not managed to retain that "ability"  and since "dropping out"  I have been one of those such "targets" however I am still waiting for a report from my swiss ISP,  no doubt they are also confused... "

* 250323 Complained of exclusions from "Gateway" football activities Until 16th April when I received an Invitation with no warning..after 5 months of asking to be included < having informed the "office" of my experience & know-how>

* Continually asked DM NOT to use "Christopher" when addressing the plaintiff, who is not a child, but a mature man with considerable accomplishments..(my request often ignored, when DM wishes to provoke...)

* Serious complaints from PLAINTIFF's side ignored, for months, and yet DM often chose to manufacture "house rule breaches" such as moaning that CRS had posted a note inviting other residents to play a casual game of football on a day when the "office " was closed. Complaints about "Gatway staff" were excused by DM, of course!

* DM obviously miscontrued aspects & points raised by CRS (even when they were suggesting improvements)

> from CRS to DM <  ..( " IT is my opinion that complaining to your office is actually causing my personal status to suffer as “resident” However I have never & will never fail to state my HONEST opinion for the sake of the community or myself, you you or anyone else relevant to same.    ")  

* That initiatives offered by “CRSfu” are generally ignored or discouraged by IPAS.

Govt/General (Ref;  KRyZ25325MdH-250414  )

As my International driving licence expired and denied a passport ("stateless)  there are several public services denied to me.. also Dublin is a soul-less ghost town if you don't have a "smart phone"

• when my laundry is returned dirty (when they have no duvet covers or mattress covers & i must put the dirty one back on the bed ) etc 

• and when I feel that an appreciative  gesture towards a "dinner lady" is "PUNISHED" by her transfer.

*  when the "security" (Kellie) pretends to be friendly, but spies for the office to manufacture "breech of house rule" issues,

* Feeling of “open prison” heavy security presence, at meal times too. (security guards ever-present & even need "access card" to go to bathroom in the night " and CCTV everywhere!!)

* Transfered from Balseskin to 2Gateway , only 36 hrs notice, (must inform bank etc ,,confusion, no explanation regarding the REASON for transfer, to explain “what & where the destination is_ degrading treatment, ..treated as having NO human status , “like baggage to move from one part of Dublin to another”! < * the mattress at Gway old & dirty, the room had no furniture, & no shade from sun (!!!) >

* "roommate" "  was rushed to hospital in the night, ignored my warning of risk (infection) Kept me awake with coughing & moaning..." "

  * * (incidental) applied for employment , NOT one of over 100 arrived at employer? “ 2 Gateway management will not give references (but not interested why CRS needed more than one email , Excluded from football activities, Age discrimination? Subtle Racism.. (called “english”??) priority given to ethnic groups.

* Threatened by management for mentioning IPO status. (referred to house rules/IPAS… but No details explained(email) (IPO refused to accept 108 supporting files ) Welfare delays , complications, as IPAS ignored comms,

* Mobile phones dont work, batteries drained. (even replacement battery dead)

* delay in banking due to lack of communication between different centres

* There is NO support of “CRSfu” unquestionable <superior>  abilities & know how in the local community. "  * attitude of management was to dismiss my feelings < NO house rules received >
